I'm usually out and about when I'm not at work, which is rare. I work all the fucking time. When it's down time, I hit the grocery store, the drug store, the hardware store and whatever else I'm up for. So, I'm in the drug store standing in line with my little bag of chips and a bottle of water. There is an old lady in front of me trying to get everything squared away. She has quite a few items, the store's circular, and some coupons. I don't get upset with her. She's trying to save a buck or two and I respect that. I know of too many pensioners that don't have enough to live on so pinching pennies is a requirement. No, this story is about the guy that charged to the front of the line and began yelling at the cashier. "Why aren't there any eye glass pads when I come in here. Y'all never have them and I'm tired of it. You need to order more. You don't do a good job." And on and on and on. Finally, I spoke up and said, "HEY! Do you really think this cashier does the ordering for this store? If you have such a fucking problem, go talk to a manager and stop bullying this poor girl." He got huffy and said I needed to mind my own business. I told him that his temper tantrum in public made it my business. Of course, his only come back was "Fuck you". I said, "I'm not the one being stupid in public, chief." With that, he stormed out of the store. A guy in line a few steps back said, "Ha! That was awesome." It kind of was. Fuck that guy for pushing around a person that has no authority to fix his problem instead of making a civil request to the manager to order more whatever it was he was looking for. Stop being assholes to people that didn't do a damn thing to you.
